Little Ninjas Ages 3 & 4 Only

In our Little Ninjas classes, students develop, confidence, focus & respect for others; by engaging in the routines & rituals of the martial arts such as bowing in before entering a class & referring to Instructors using Yes Sir/Yes Ma’am they quickly understand that adults are authority figures; as Instructors, we use the same references when speaking to our students so they see this as a mutual respect. This respect transfers over to behaviors at home & school which as a parent, you will LOVE!

Little Ninjas learn to wait their turn & respect their classmates by showing support for each other such as clapping for a student as a group or sitting quietly watching a classmate test for their new belt. Age appropriate martial arts skills are taught in an energetic & fun way with lots of “child size” equipment & drills. We will keep your child moving with gross motor skills activities so your child WANTS to come back to class.

Our stripe & belt system just for Little Ninjas fosters LOTS of positive & frequent reinforcement keeping them motivated & enthusiastic. Little Ninjas become PROUD of their skills & are eager to demonstrate for friends & family. We have students who started as Little Ninjas & are now Instructors so that length of time with us speaks for the program itself!!

More Than Just Martial Arts

We’ve trained hundreds of children here at our school and although each journey is unique, most parents report the following core results after just a few sessions:
  • Increased Agility and Flexibility:Martial arts does wonders for the body, blood flow, and overall motor function. Our sessions aim to improve balance and stability to help your child develop while reducing the risk of injury. Parents often notice better posture, more energy, and improvements in stability and hand eye coordination after a few weeks of consistent training.
  • Positive Mood and Energy: We notice a profound difference in kids’ mood during classes. Students benefit from fun socialization with other kids along with aerobic exercises that promote movement and the flow of energy. Our positive, uplifting environment helps kids feel safe and welcome which leads to smiles, laughter, and great energy.
  • Restful Sleep: With all the fun, activities, and exercise it’s only natural that kids sleep like little angels after martial arts sessions. Rest assured that your preschooler leaves sessions fully satisfied and fulfilled.
  • Unbelievable Listening Skills: By touching on topics like respect and humility, kids learn to listen attentively to their elders. It starts with an interest in mimicking all the cool moves and “tricks” they see the other kids doing but once they realize what they can accomplish by simply paying attention they begin paying more attention to other areas of life as well. This preserves their eagerness to learn as they grow older and enter elementary school.
  • Better Memory and Concentration: We’ll exercise your child’s brain with activities that promote better memory, concentration, and reaction skills. Our top priority is helping students improve in mental sharpness and physical coordination so they can succeed and grow into smart, strong, and active men and women.

A Launching Pad To Your Child’s Success

With all the growth and development that happens at this stage, why not make the most of these transformative years? Our curriculum focuses on providing students with mental stimulation, physical activity, increased coordination, and sharp reflexes so our preschoolers can be prepared for wherever life takes them. We strive to instill an appreciation for movement and exercise in our students so they can live healthy balanced lives.

An Environment For Socialization

At this young developing age it’s extremely important that kids interact with other children and develop healthy social skills. This helps shape their personality and foster proper communication habits.

Our classes provide kids with an environment that encourages socialization as we mix in lessons on teamwork, character, leadership, and communication while they play.

These skills are necessary in all areas of life including school, sports, home, activities, and other social events.

Behavioral And Character Development

Although it may seem early, we can say with complete certainty that it’s much easier to instill a good quality than it is to replace a bad one. We touch on topics like respect and cooperation so preschoolers will grow into well behaved children and avoid the behavioral challenges kids pick up from negative influences. Nothing brings us more satisfaction than watching students grow into honorable, exemplary human beings and we believe that starts with the foundations of respect and responsibility.

Is Martial Arts a safe activity for my child?

Our team of certified instructors follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our students. In fact, unlike sports which has one adult supervising an entire team, we have multiple instructors monitoring a room at all times making sure everything runs smoothly. Especially considering the young age of students in our Little Ninjas Martial Arts class, your child will never be placed in a dangerous or uncomfortable situation.

Is Martial Arts Violent?

Martial Arts is often depicted as a violent activity but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The mindset behind martial arts involves harmony, peace, tranquility, and connection to the body. Our Little Ninjas Martial Arts training primarily circles (focuses) around movement and energy. The most we’ll do physically is stretching and cool poses and we forbid combat of any kind in our Little Ninjas classes.

How does Martial Arts help my child develop?

Other than essential movement and physical activity, martial arts also instills important life skills like discipline, honor, confidence, and respect. We also place great emphasis on balance, coordination, reflexes, memory, mental sharpness, communication, and behavioral skills to ensure we’re providing a valuable, transformative curriculum.

Can we try the program before signing up?

We encourage all parents to start out with a trial package. It’s important that students feel out our program before deciding and only continue if they’re absolutely certain martial arts is the right move. If after a trial package ends you’re not completely satisfied, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund. Parents are also more than welcome to sit in on a session before hand or reach out to our team for a deeper, more personal conversation.
